Hydroman® Sucks Sand Submersible Slurry Pump is a single-suction, vertical, centrifugal,underwater,conveying large particles of impurities submersible wear-resistant slag pump.Heavy duty submersible slurry pumphas the advantages of compact structure, small volume and easy operation, stable operation, automatic stirring, anti-clogging and winding, high extraction concentration, low power loss, free from frequent maintenance and automatic control. The submersible motor is protected by a mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor.The whole submersible slurry dirty water pump submerged into the pumping liquids to work, so submersible slag pump is not limited by sution, and submersible water sludge pump is easy to move and install.

▪ Max. Concentration of Solids: should not exceed 70%, Max. specific gravity not more than 1.50

▪ Max. Submersed Depth: 80m (the motor must be submersed in liquid)

Hydroman® Sucks Sand Submersible Slurry Pump Operating Features:

▪ Submersible Motor is protected by double mechanical seal and lip seals to prevent the entry of water and other impurities into motor.

▪ An agitator fitted on the end of main impeller mixes the solid and liquid, allowing the pump to lift the liquid and solid together.

▪ The wet parts of the pump are constructed of a hard chrome alloy material (65 HRC) designed to prolong service life.

▪ Motor and pump are submersed in liquid, saving installation space, protecting the equipment, allowing ease of maintenance, and greatly reducing operating noise.

▪ The motor has been designed to include several internal protection measures.
