Hydroman^® Submersible Dredge Suction Sand Pump operated via hydraulic motors installed in submersible dredge pump driven by hydraulic system or hydraulic power pack, then hydraulic motors drive the pump impeller and cutter (cutters are used for sir the hard sand or mud) to rotate at high speed, and then pump suction slurry and discharge them to far place via discharge hoses. Hydraulic submersible mud pump is used for delivering liquid contained sand, coal conder solid etc, The hydraulic submersible dredging sand pump can be mainly employed in clearing the mud in lake, river, sea and widening channel etc., Hydraulic submersible pumps also can be applied to clear out sewage pool, in building site, steel wokrs and power station.

▪ Submersible Sand Pump took good sealing measures at the shaft extension end of the motor for avoiding transported liquid to enter the inner cavity of the motor, double mechanical seal with carbon/ceramic on wet end and tungsten/ceramic on the drive end provide effective sealing between motor and wet end.
▪ Motor incorporates a float switch in the bottom to detect the ingress of water and cut power to prevent motor damage. Motor stator incorporates shutdown temperature control sensors which automatically detect excessive motor temperatures and shut motor down to prevent damage.Oil chamber incorporates a water leakage probe which detects when water-to-oil ratio is too high and cuts off power to prevent motor damage due to oil contamination.
