Stuffing Box used for SB6x5x11J Low Pressure Drilling Sand Pump

SB6x5x11J Sand Pump Stuffing Box is an important part of the SB6x5x11J Drilling Sand Pump. The SB series sand pump is manufactured to transport mud and can be used as a feed pump for the desander and desilter.

SB series sand pump is a newly developed supporting pump for the characteristics of oil and gas drilling equipment. It adopts an axial suction structure and the flow parts are anti-wear cast iron. It is suitable for conveying corrosive suspended particles of drilling fluid or other liquid media under similar conditions. Its parameter design fully considers the supporting equipment can work under the best working conditions, the main features are the versatility and interchangeability of parts, shaft seal leakage is less, reliable work, long service life, easy maintenance.

Among them, the SB8×10 centrifugal sand pump is mainly suitable for supporting drilling RIGS above 3000m, and the drilling fluid viscosity and specific gravity are relatively large. SB6×8 centrifugal sand pump mainly supporting more than 3000m drilling RIGS; SB6×8 centrifugal sand pump is mainly supporting the drilling rig below 3000m, and can also be used as the injection pump to supply slurry to the three-cylinder mud pump; SB5×6, SB4×5 centrifugal sand pumps are generally used for truck-mounted drilling RIGS or small drilling RIGS; SB3×4 centrifugal sand pump is equipped with metering tank, usually called metering pump or recharge pump; SB2×3 centrifugal sand pump is generally used as a clean water pump.
