Sandman™ TSBV Mission Magnum I Pump Vertical 6x5x14 Centrifugal Pump are widely used for drilling solids control equipment.

Sandman™ TSBV series Mission Magnum I type Vertical Centrifugal Pump is a single stage vertically mounted centrifugal pump, offers ease of maintenance as well as a small footprint in areas with limited floor space, the pump shaft directly connect the electric motor, there no need to install the bearings and mechanical seal, the concentric casing design minimizes shaft cyclical deflection and allows excellent slurry handling.

Oil Drilling Solid Control Equipment:

The four-level solid control equipment in oil drilling engineering refers to: the first-level solid control equipment-solids control vibrating screen; the second-level solid control equipment-solids control desander; the third-level solid control equipment-solids control desilter, and the fourth-level solid control equipment-solids control desilter. 1) Solid control equipment vibrating screen: The mud vibrating screen mainly removes large particles. The drilling tuck returned through the bottom hole circulation contains larger drilling cuttings. The drilling fluid enters the mud vibrating screen through the connecting pipe from the wellhead to tank #1, and the drilling cuttings particles with a particle size greater than 74 μm in the drilling tuck are screened through the mud vibrating screen. Come out and complete the solid phase control.
2) Solid control equipment desander: The desander removes larger particles. The mud after being processed by the mud vibrating screen enters the desander. The desander separates the larger sand particles (particle size 44μm–74μm) from the mud, which completes the sand removal process.
3) Solid control equipment desilter: The desilter removes small particles. The mud after being processed by the desander enters the desander, which separates the small sand (particle size 8μm-44μm) from the mud to complete the mud removal process.
4) Solid control equipment centrifuge: The spiral centrifuge removes smaller particles. The mud after being treated by the desilter enters the horizontal spiral centrifuge. The horizontal spiral centrifuge separates the smaller sand particles (particle size 2μm–8um) from the mud to complete the centrifugation process.
