Tobee® SP/SPR vertical slurry pump is designed for applications requiring greater reliability and durability than conventional vertical process pumps can offer. Fully elastomer lined or hard metal fitted. No submerged bearings or packing. High capacity double suction design. Customized submerged length and suction agitator available. The SP/SPR vertical sump pump ideally suited for heavy continuous handling of abrasive and corrosive liquids and slurries whilst submerged in sumps or pits.

Installation:
Mounting the vertical pumps as simple as four through-bolts on the pump mounting plate. The motor is fully supported on the pump base itself, and can be oriented in either a shaft-up or shaft-down position depending on customer preference and space availability.
Applications:
Tobee vertical spindle pumps can be used for gravel and sand, mineral processing, chemical processing, coal preparation, effluent handling, floor sump pumping, mill scale pumping, pumping of machine tool cuttings and almost every other tank, floating dewatering or other floating pump platforms.
Frame Plate Liner insert is a liner that is located behind the slurry pump impeller. The FPL insert helps to direct the flow of slurry efficiently into the eye or center of the impeller. Slurry Pump Frame plate liner insert forms a pump chamber with throat bush and volute liner where the slurry would flow through them,
