SB6x8J Pump Shaft used for SB6x8J Centrifugal Sand Pump, it is one of the important components of SB6x8J Desander  Pump.

The SB series sand pump is used to transport mud and can be used as a feed pump for desanders and desilters, or as a mixer pump for jet mixers. It can also be used as a filling pump for drilling mud pumps.

Size ranges from 3x4, 4x5, 6x8. Bare pumps, matching motors are available from 7.5KW to 90KW, with rotation 800, 1000, 1150,1450, 1750 to 3500 RPM at 50Hz or 60Hz.

Design Features:

• SB series sand pump adopts tungsten carbide mechanical seal, High wear-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, long sealing life.

• The impeller design reduces the axial thrust load and is easy to install, repair and maintain.

• Surface coating, using high pressure airless spraying process.

• The surface of SB series sand pump is all treated with sand blasting and rust removal.

• The impeller is closed, which increases the outlet strength of the impeller, and the back blade is added to the back cover of the impeller, which is conducive to improving the pump head and reducing the leakage.
