Tobee® Slurry Pump Ceramic Parts D3147 for 4/3 AH slurry Pumps with is interchangeable with AH series slurry pump parts. with many good characteristics of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance etc. Now the slurry pump ceramic parts are continually provided for coal power generation, non-ferrous foundry, mining and others. The corrosion and abrasion resistance of ceramic slurry pump parts are highly exceed ones made by high chrome alloy. The abrasion resistance of ceramic parts are 5 times as wearable as high chrome. However the weight of ceramic parts is only 1/3 of chrome parts.
Slurry Pump Ceramic Parts is a kind of inorganic nonmetallic materials.Its wear-resisting performance is 5 times of high chrome with Mohs hardness 8.9, only after Diamond and Cubic Boron Nitride. Compare with similar products, Tobee's ceramic density is about 5% higher than others, and double flexural strength higher at normal temperature.

Corrosion Resistance
With stable chemical property, SiC can stand nearly all kinds of corrosion of mineral acid, organic acid, alkali, and it also has great antioxidant performance.
Wear Performance
The crystal structure of SiC is same as regular tetrahedron of diamond, and it is also a compound mainly combined together by covalent bond. In fact, the hardness of SiC is next to that of diamond. Tested by Tobee, the anti-wear performance is 3.51 times that of Cr30.
