4x3DD-AH Polyurethane Slurry Pumps are made of polyurethane cover plate liner and polyurethane frame plate liner which wear resistance is excellent. with polyurethane liners D3018U38, D3036U38, and Impeller D3147U38.
4/3DD-AH Polyurethane Slurry Pump Designs:
• 4x3DD-AH slurry pump with polyurethane lining with excellent hydrolysis resistance, oil, acid and alkali, corrosion resistance. It can be used in any mineral processing, transportation environment, etc.
• Polyurethane pumps have the advantages of high conveying efficiency, because the surface is smooth, no burrs, non-stick materials, low friction coefficient, and the material running resistance is small.
• Slurry pump polyurethane liners sets of special production process makes the polyurethane is directly cast with a steel skeleton, polyurethane adhesive layer and steel skeleton bonding firmly, not degumming, continuous layer.
• Polyurethane lined pump has excellent resilience and impact resistance, which can effectively reduce the impact of the conveying medium on the pump.
• The wear resistance of polyurethane slurry pump is generally more than 3-5 times that of rubber slurry pump parts and metal slurry pump parts, and the life of polyurethane slurry pump parts is longer, thereby replacing low frequency and high efficiency.
