Tobee® 8x6F Slurry Pump Bearing Assembly 005 is used to connect the slurry pump and motor parts to form a complete working system.

The bearing assembly is also called as rotor assembly, It is a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame. It is most important part for drive power unit. The bearing assembly is to connect the slurry pump and motor as a complete pump working system. Its stability will directly affect slurry pump operation and work-life.

The stability of the slurry pump bearing assembly directly affects the operation and service life of the pump. Before assembling, pre-heat the inner race of the bearing to a temperature below 120℃. The inner race must be fixed next to the shaft shoulder or grease retainer. For double row taper roller bearing, the inner ring, outer ring, and lantern ring come in a set, please do not interchange the components.
