Impeller used for SB6x5-11J Centrifugal Sand Pump

SB Impeller is an important part of the SB6x5x11J Sand Pump. It can used to transport mud and can be used as a feed pump for desanders and desilters, or as a mixer pump for jet mixers. It can also be used as a filling pump for drilling mud pumps.

SB series centrifugal sand pump is mainly used to support the circulation solid control system of oilfield drilling rig, and its role is to provide drilling fluid with a certain displacement and pressure to sand remover, mud remover, mixer, etc., to ensure that these equipment work efficiently.

Size ranges from 3x4, 4x5, 6x8. Bare pumps, matching motors are available from 7.5KW to 90KW, with rotation 800, 1000, 1150,1450, 1750 to 3500 RPM at 50Hz or 60Hz.

Among them, the SB8×10 centrifugal sand pump is mainly suitable for supporting drilling RIGS above 3000m, and the drilling fluid viscosity and specific gravity are relatively large. SB6×8 centrifugal sand pump mainly supporting more than 3000m drilling RIGS; SB6×8 centrifugal sand pump is mainly supporting the drilling rig below 3000m, and can also be used as the injection pump to supply slurry to the three-cylinder mud pump; SB5×6, SB4×5 centrifugal sand pumps are generally used for truck-mounted drilling RIGS or small drilling RIGS; SB3×4 centrifugal sand pump is equipped with metering tank, usually called metering pump or recharge pump; SB2×3 centrifugal sand pump is generally used as a clean water pump.

• The impeller is closed, which increases the outlet strength of the impeller, and the back blade is added to the back cover of the impeller, which is conducive to improving the pump head and reducing the leakage.
