Sandman® 8x6x11 Mission Magnum Centrifugal Sand Pump with open type impeller 19121-70-30 and hard iron casing 19763-01-30A is widely used for handle the barite, ferric oxide and mineral oil base drilling muds.
MISSION Magnum I pumps are proven as reliable, heavy-duty, low-cost slurry pumps. The 3x2x13 through 8x6x14 pumps all feature the same power end, which ensures production and reduced spare-part inventory requirements. Standard models are equipped with a heavy-duty 2½-in. alloy steel shaft protected from wear by a stainless-steel shaft sleeve, double-row outboard bearings, and inboard roller bearings. They are rated for continuous service in applications up to 200 hp and are available in hard iron, stainless steel, aluminum bronze, and high Chrome with capacities up to 3,400 gal/min and pressure head up to 550 ft. Some sizes can be offered in a counterclockwise rotation giving the user more flexibility.

The model 10x8x14 and 8x6x14 centrifugal magnum pump used on solid control system over 3000 meter-long drilling rigs, with big viscosity and heavy specific gravity drilling fluid. 8x6x11 centrifugal mud solid control feeding pump applies to under 3000 meter-long drilling rigs, and it also can be used to supply mud to triplex mud pump as a filling pump. 6x5x11 centrifugal pump applies to truck-mounted drilling rigs or pocket drilling rigs. 4x3x13 drilling centrifugal pump is usually used as measuring pump or replenishment pump. 3x2x13 model pump is usually used as clean water pump.
