Tobee® AH8x6 Heavy Duty Slurry Pump is a kind of horizontal centrifugal slurry pump for heavy duties application. It is suitable for delivering low density slurry for metallurgical,mining,coal and building material departments.The shaft seal adopts both gland seal and centrifugal seal. The TH8x6 pump operates in high efficiency with stable capacity to save floor area. The wetted parts are changeable with wear-resistant metal liners and rubber liners.
√ Bearing assembly - a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
√ Volute Liners - easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure moulded elastomer.
√ Elastomer seal rings back all liner joints.
√ Pump casing - Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
√ Impeller–front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and moulded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
√ Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
√ Throatbush - wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
√ One-piece frame - a very robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly.
√ An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearanc.

• Packing Seal is a general shaft seal.It applys to various pumping conditions, PTFE and Graphite materials of Packing can be used in high corrosive slurries or high temperature conditions.Using ceramic shaft sleeve,For high abrasion conditions, The ceramic shaft sleeve is available.
• Expeller Seal is an impeller force of reversed centrifugal force, preventing slurry leakage. Expeller seal can be used on the single-stage pump when the positive pressure of pump inlet is no more than 10% of pump outlet pressure or on the first-stage pump in the pump series.
• Mechanical Seal is advanced sealing technique without sealing leakage, The advantages are integrating construction, convenient installation & replacement, The design of mechanical seal and seal box is suitable for liquid flow condition,So it has high abrasion and vibration resistance, Mechanical seal can be used in various severe conditions.
