Tobee® 8x6E AH Slurry Pump in Rubber Lined is the standard heavy duty slurry pumps which designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements, It maintains high efficiencies
over the wear life of its components. 8x6 slurry pump typically used in process plant transfers, wet waste processes, recycling-washing plants, sand plant duties, heavy minerals processing, mineral recovery and chemical process plant.

The rubber-lined slurry pump is the perfect pump for the mineral sand industry. They have special rubber liners, making them a heavy duty pump capable of withstanding highly abrasive. The slurry pumps in rubber lined are capable of pumping more than just sand. Rubber pumps are perfectly efficient in pumping all manner of slurry, gravel, concrete, mud, slush and much more.


Tobee® Rubber Slurry Pump Characteristic:
1. The anti-corrosive rubber liner has features of a wide range of performance, high efficiency, and high-performance cost ratio.
2. Rubber discharge end is light, thus easy to install and maintain.
3. As the name suggests, anti-corrosive rubber liner is made of rubber which is of high elasticity and chemical stability. The rubber also absorbs noise and vibration, which is more anti-corrosive than high chromium alloy

Metal Slurry Pump Wear Parts Material:
KmTBCr27 is named in China, which has 27% Chrome. Alloy KmTBCr27 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions.
KmTBCr28 has the main elements of Chrome 28%, low Carbon with hardness of 430 in Brinell. KmTBCr28 is a corrosion resistant white iron suitable for low pH corrosion duties, where erosive wear is also a problem.
KmTBCr35 has the main elements of Chrome 35-45%, low Carbon with hardness of 450 in Brinell. KmTBCr35 is a premium erosion/corrosion alloy to be used where excellent erosion and corrosion resistance is required.
