6x4D AHR Rubber Slurry Pump is made of natural rubber liners and high chrome impeller that used for pumping silica sands.
AHR rubber lined slurry pumps are more suitable in delivering strong corrosive or abrasive slurries of small particle size without sharp edges.
Material selections are extremely important when dealing with wear issues in heavy-duty slurry pumps. Elastomers are also used for a wide variety of special purposes: resistance to erosion, corrosion, heat and many other desirable physical and chemical properties. Tobee technical engineers have the experience to select the right material for your application. So please contact us to solve your problems.
6x4D AHR Slurry Pump in Rubber Wet Parts Benefits:
• Rubber Liner: Rubber pump features a two-part elastomer liner that is designed to protect the casing from extended wear caused by abrasive and corrosive material while improving performance.
• Rubber Impeller: Impeller wear is minimized with an elastomer coating. In addition, centering of impeller within the casing is simplified with adjustable screw on bearing housing.
• High Chrome Impeller–front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and moulded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
• Spares: Thick rubber or alloy bolt-in liners provide superior corrosion resistance plus offer ease of liner change-out and interchangeability to reduce overall maintenance costs and maximize wear life.
