4/3 CAH Slurry Pump with Mechanical Seal is a split case, centrifugal slurry pump with large shaft diameters, heavy duty bearing assemblies and robust slurry pumping capacity.

Our 4x3C-AH pump has mechanical seal does not require water to cool that called anhydrous mechanical seal, designed to make it easier to use in various severe conditions.

4x3C-AH Pump Wetted Parts:

Impellers D3147 – Wide variety of metallurgic and elastomeric options (metal and elastomer interchangeable) – pump out vanes on rear and front (on closed impellers) reduce recirculation within pump, and aid in preventing seal contamination – optional castings of straight or semi-Francis vanes (from 3 to 8 vanes on certain sizes) offer wider hydraulic options in single sizes.

Volute Liners D3110 – As the area of the cross-section increases, the volute reduces the speed of the liquids and increases the pressure of the liquids. The main purposes of a volute liner is to help balance the hydraulic pressure on the shaft of the slurry pump.

FPL Inserts D3041 – Slurry pump back liner based on locating position in slurry pump structure, Frame plate liner insert forms a pump chamber with throat bush and volute liner where the slurry would flow through them.

Bearing Assembly C005M – Large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame. It is most important part for drive power unit.
