Design Features:
√ The 4x3 C AH slurry pump frame plates have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners, impellers & volute liners are made of wear-resistant metal(such as A05, A49,and other high chrome metal).
√ The 4x3 C AH slurry pump bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller& front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Grease lubrication.
√ The 4x3 C AH slurry pump shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. One pump also can be use packing seal with expeller seal together.
√ The discharge outlet can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any 8 positions to suit installations and applications.
√ The 4x3 C AH slurry pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.
√ The 4x3 C AH slurry pump drive types, such as direct coupling drive (DC), V belt drive (CR, CV, ZV) etc.
4x3C-AH Pump Wetted Parts:
Impellers D3147 – Wide variety of metallurgic and elastomeric options (metal and elastomer interchangeable) – pump out vanes on rear and front (on closed impellers) reduce recirculation within pump, and aid in preventing seal contamination – optional castings of straight or semi-Francis vanes (from 3 to 8 vanes on certain sizes) offer wider hydraulic options in single sizes.
Volute Liners D3110 – As the area of the cross-section increases, the volute reduces the speed of the liquids and increases the pressure of the liquids. The main purposes of a volute liner is to help balance the hydraulic pressure on the shaft of the slurry pump.
FPL Inserts D3041 – Slurry pump back liner based on locating position in slurry pump structure, Frame plate liner insert forms a pump chamber with throat bush and volute liner where the slurry would flow through them.
Bearing Assembly C005M – Large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame. It is most important part for drive power unit.
