Stainless Steel Shaft Spacer C117C21 used for 3-2 CC-AH Centrifugal Slurry Pumps.

Slurry Pump Shaft Spacer is one of shaft seal parts in gland packing seal slurry pumps which fills a vacancy on the shaft between slurry pump shaft sleeve and impeller of AH slurry pump, the Shaft Spacer acts as a limit to prevent any change in the distance or position between slurry pump parts and this is designed to increase interchangeability of shaft sleeve, so the Shaft Spacer of Slurry Pump is a important parts for slurry pump for operating.

Slurry pump shaft spacers are normally made in stainless steel, special materials are also available.

Technical requirements:

● Finish - Tumbled Finish
    ○ Spacers are tumble finished to provide a nice appearance
● Hole is chamfered on both ends -
   ○ To remove burrs
   ○ To make it easier to guide spacer onto bolt/screw/shaft/etc.
● Outer Diameter corners are chamfered lightly -
   ○ Tumble finish makes the OD chamfer into a radius
● SS420 alloy is best for:
   ○ Corrosion resistance,
   ○ Welding
