200ZJ-I-A60 Transfer Slurry Pump is an axial suction, single-stage, single-suction cantilever horizontal type centrifugal pump with metal lined used for pipeline transport.

200ZJ-I-A60 Horizontal Slurry Pumps are cantilever, horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps. The ZJ series pump has the unique advantages of high head, high efficiency and energy saving. ZJ series slurry pumps are suitable for the abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles, solid-liquid mixing concentration mortar 45%, pulp 80%, medium temperature ≤600℃.

Design Features:

√ Wet parts - Impellers, casing, liners are made of high chrome alloy, cast iron in anti-abrasive.
√ Bearing assembly - Tubular structure bearing assembly, design of high capacity bearing. Grease lubrication, oil lubrication helps to adapt to different operating conditions.
√ Shaft seal - Gland seal, Expeller seal, Mechanical seal.
√ Wide passage, non-clogging and good performance of NPSH.
