Frame plate liner insert is the major parts of the wet side, it works with the volute liner, frame plate liner insert and the impeller to transport the slurry.
The working side of the frame plate liner insert is easily worn out owing to the corrosive slurry hit the plate of the working side in high speed, particularly in the surface of the place, if the surface is not smooth enough, the filtration is high and wear/corrosion speed will raise.
The lost foam casting is a good solution for the surface problem, and a range of measures are taken to prevent the casting problem, after final heat treatment, the hardness of the parts can be 56-60 HRC, it will efficiently improve the lift of the parts.
